15 x 45cm (18 inch) matte red foil heart shaped balloons
15 x 1m red heart tail streamers
10 x 12cm (5 inch) red mini heart shaped balloons (air fill only due to size)
Red heart shaped tissue confetti
Simple assembly required to attach heart tails to balloons once inflated.
(Balloons are uninflated)
Self sealing foil balloons suitable to be filled with helium to float (or air). For helium inflation or tank hire it is recommended to visit a reputable outlet & not overfill.
