Fun clear balloons filled with metallic red and pink heart shaped confetti. Perfect party decor for Valentine's Day, a hens party, bridal shower, engagement party or wedding. Match with our jumbo heart confetti balloon, love heart garland and confetti ♥

Balloon size 30cm.  

5 per pack. String not included.

Can be filled with air or helium. Rub the balloon with your hand to create static then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for the static to take effect. If inflating with helium we recommend using 20% air and 80% helium to help the confetti to stick.

WARNING: Balloons are not toys. Children can choke or suffocate on non-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep non-inflated balloons away from children, and discard broken balloons immediately.
