Pack of 3 clear latex 30cm standard balloons filled with gold, silver & white 1cm dot confetti ready for inflation. 

Sold uninflated.

Can be filled with air or helium. Rub the balloon with your hand to create static then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for the static to take effect. If inflating with helium we recommend using 20% air and 80% helium to help the confetti to stick.
